Our policies, in plain words

A short list of the things people ask about most. If anything here is hard for you, call Michael and we will talk it through.

Changing a visit

Please call us as early as you can if you need to change a visit. Ask Michael about our cancellation policy when you book, and we will tell you before you commit.

Arriving late

If you are running late, call. We may shorten the visit so the next person is not kept waiting, and we tell you before we do.

Refills and returns

Refills are filled at the counter and checked against your current list of medicines. Herbs that have left the dispensary cannot be returned, but call us if a formula does not agree with you and we will change it.

Children

A parent or guardian comes with anyone under 18 and stays for the visit. Children get their own formula, never an adult's.

Your records

We keep your records private and share them only as the law allows or when you ask us to. You can ask for a copy of your records at any time.
